Dieting? Craving Sugar and Chocolate?
Here is a healthier alternative to help fight the cravings, while still getting in all the good stuff!
1/2 an avocado
1 cup hemp milk (or greek yoghurt)
2 tablespoons chia seeds (soak before)
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons barley malt syrup or raw honey
1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup of walnuts, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon shelled hemp seed
Handful of ice cubes
- Place a few walnuts and the cacao nibs aside
- Blend all other ingredients together until smooth
- Sprinkle the cacao nibs & the rest of the walnuts on top of the smoothie
